About the role.
This role is for a Client Sales Support Manager based in Mumbai, operating in a hybrid work model. You will be instrumental in supporting sales teams and ensuring seamless client interactions. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage complex client requests and contribute to the overall efficiency of sales operations.
What you will do.
- Provide comprehensive sales support to client-facing teams
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and sales processes
What you bring.
- 6–9 years of experience in client sales support or a similar role within financial services
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and expectations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
