This website presents SYMPHONI HR's services, publishes current opportunities, and lets you contact us or apply to roles. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe anyone's rights or restrict their use of the site. You must not: submit false or misleading information; impersonate any person; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or personal data; or use the site to send unsolicited communications.

2. Information, not advice.

Content on this website — including guides, FAQs and statistics — is general information about our services and market. It does not constitute professional, legal or career advice for any specific situation, an offer capable of acceptance, or a guarantee of any outcome. Engagements with SYMPHONI HR are governed exclusively by their own written agreements.

3. Candidates and applications.

Information you submit in an application must be accurate, current and yours to share. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship with SYMPHONI HR or any client, and does not guarantee a response, interview, shortlist or offer. Roles published here are live client mandates and may be amended, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice.

SYMPHONI HR never charges candidates — no fee may be demanded from you at any stage of any process run by us. Anyone soliciting money in our name is committing fraud; please report it to emailus@symphonihr.com.

4. Client engagements.

Search, recruitment, RPO and advisory engagements are governed by separate written agreements between SYMPHONI HR and the client, including fees, exclusivity, confidentiality and any replacement provisions. Nothing on this website varies those agreements.

5. Intellectual property.

The SYMPHONI HR name and device, the ST★R mark, TalentWorks, ProjectHire, and the content, design, text and graphics of this site are the property of SYMPHONI HR Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party sites and app stores.

Links to third-party websites, LinkedIn and app stores are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Privacy.

Personal data submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and disclaimers.
