About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI Business Analyst with deep expertise in Generative AI application frameworks and hands-on experience in Claude skill creation. This role bridges business needs with advanced AI solutions, ensuring successful implementation of cutting-edge AI systems across enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with technical fluency in LLM architectures, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
What you will do.
- Drive AI application design and implementation using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration tools
- Design, configure, and optimize Claude-based skills tailored to business use cases
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs based on task requirements, performance metrics, and scalability
- Apply deep knowledge of Transformer architecture, encoder-decoder fundamentals, and fine-tuning techniques
- Define and track model performance using Precision, Recall, F1-score, and other relevant KPIs
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade AI solutions
- Identify, analyze, and implement techniques to reduce hallucinations in AI outputs
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for complex workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Write clear, detailed, and implementation-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for AI-driven features
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of experience in a technical AI role
- Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts and Claude skill creation
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methods, and evaluation metrics
- Ability to design AI pipelines and architectures with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
- Proven ability to write technical user stories and translate complex AI concepts into actionable development tasks
