About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and advanced Generative AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI systems, focusing on orchestration, model optimization, and scalable architecture to solve real-world business challenges.
What you will do.
- Drive AI application design and implementation using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration frameworks.
- Design, configure, and optimize Claude-based skills tailored to specific business use cases.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs based on task requirements, performance metrics, and scalability.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems to streamline complex workflows.
- Define and track model performance using precision, recall, F1-score, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Write detailed technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and architecture documentation for AI-driven features.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of professional experience in technical business analysis or AI product implementation.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with Claude skill creation.
- Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methods (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA), and evaluation metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Experience with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and cloud-native AI deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable AI pipelines and translate complex concepts into actionable development tasks.
