About the role.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations professional to join our team in Noida. In this hybrid role, you will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle while ensuring strict adherence to enterprise risk frameworks. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, delivering high-quality service and data-driven insights to support global business objectives.
What you will do.
- Manage and optimize the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making and meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Frameworks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader business goals.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the procurement industry with a deep understanding of P2P operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
- Strong capability in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to align operational tasks with business goals.
- Direct experience in a client-facing role managing stakeholder expectations.
- Solid grasp of Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
- Prior experience in large-scale banking or financial services environments is highly preferred.
