Partner and Chief Growth Officer
A Chartered Accountant with an operator’s instinct for growth, Ujwal is Partner and Chief Growth Officer, leading strategic partnerships, alliances and new initiatives. He works across Capital Markets, Corporate and Investment Banking, Fund Services and Consulting, and drives the firm’s DEI hiring programmes, TalentWorks (RPO) and Agile Workforce Solutions. With the firm since 2006, Sweta is Practice Head for GCC, Consulting and Technology, and one of the longest-serving specialists on our bench. With more than twenty years in full-cycle recruitment, Nupura is Practice Head for Industrial & Infrastructure.
