About the role.
We are seeking a skilled ETL Test Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of complex data pipelines and large-scale migration projects. You will play a critical role in maintaining high data quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust integration solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex ETL pipelines and data integration projects.
- Perform large-volume data testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Conduct performance testing on data migration processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline quality assurance workflows.
- Manage resource allocation effectively to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize integration logic.
What you bring.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in ETL testing, data migration, and integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data validation and query writing.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard ETL tools.
- Proven ability to build and implement automation frameworks for data testing.
- Experience in performance testing and handling large-volume datasets.
- Strong background in test planning and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
