About the role.
We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of complex data pipelines and large-scale migration projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to define testing strategies and maintain high standards of data quality within a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for ETL pipelines and data integration projects.
- Perform rigorous data migration testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Conduct performance testing on large-volume datasets to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the QA process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and resource allocation.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders effectively.
- Analyze complex SQL queries to validate data transformations and business logic.
What you bring.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in ETL testing and data integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data validation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard ETL tools.
- Proven ability to build and manage automation frameworks for data testing.
- Experience in performance testing for large-scale data environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and integrity.
