About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our client's team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced generative AI applications and intelligent agents. You will work at the intersection of data science and software engineering to solve complex business challenges using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.
What you will do.
- Design and develop scalable generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Implement and optimize AI models using frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, and A2A.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs for model deployment using FastAPI and Flask.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model training, monitoring, and deployment.
- Utilize computer vision and NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Optimize database interactions using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Ensure high performance and scalability of AI solutions deployed on cloud infrastructure.
What you bring.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn and XGBoost for predictive modeling.
- Proven expertise in building GenAI apps and agentic frameworks including Langchain, Langgraph, and CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices and deployment tools like FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and managing SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong background in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Bengaluru.
