About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our client's technology team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions and agentic workflows to drive business value. You will work on high-impact projects that integrate machine learning and generative models into enterprise-grade applications.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines using MLOps best practices.
- Build and deploy robust APIs for AI model integration using FastAPI or Flask.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage data workflows across both SQL and NoSQL database environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI research.
What you bring.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with Langchain, Langgraph, and agentic frameworks like A2A or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and traditional ML techniques like Scikit-learn and XGBoost.
- Proven experience in deploying AI models using FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience working with cloud platforms for model training and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in managing and querying SQL and NoSQL databases.
