About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to lead end-to-end implementation projects. You will be responsible for delivering robust financial solutions, ensuring project governance, and maintaining high-quality standards while working closely with global finance teams and senior business leadership.
What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects from inception to delivery.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, and deployment for core finance modules.
- Manage project governance and ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with global finance teams and treasury users to define and meet business requirements.
- Engage with senior business leadership to provide status updates and strategic project insights.
- Drive successful project outcomes through effective stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices and process improvements.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management.
- Demonstrated experience in a Manager or Lead role for at least 4 years.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience working with global business teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Hyderabad / Bangalore.
