About the role.
This role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects for global finance teams. You will be responsible for the overall solution delivery, governance, and quality assurance of complex financial systems. The position requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle modules and strong stakeholder management skills to drive project success.
What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects from inception to go-live.
- Oversee solution delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage relationships with global finance teams, treasury users, and senior business leadership.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate system configurations and business process alignment.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex requirements.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Hyderabad / Bangalore.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within the finance domain.
