We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in risk and compliance to join the Operational Resilience team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and drive the development of robust resilience frameworks. What you will do.
- Lead and coordinate operational resilience projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications across business units and compliance functions
- Create project documentation, timelines, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses
- Develop training materials and conduct awareness sessions
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for regulatory reviews
What you bring.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, risk, and policies in Investment Banking
- Experience with Operational Resilience frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
