About the role.
This role focuses on the technical design and implementation of complex Oracle Fusion solutions within a hybrid work environment. You will serve as a key technical architect, leading integration efforts and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable systems. The position requires a strategic mindset to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
What you will do.
- Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions using Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Lead technical architecture initiatives for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using OIC Gen2 to support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members during project lifecycles.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of integrated cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the implementation phase.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion technical roles.
- Proven track record of at least two full-cycle end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC – Gen2).
- Strong background in technical architecture and system design.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
