About the role.
We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join a global team focused on FIX connectivity and trading infrastructure. This role involves managing critical connectivity for clients and exchanges while providing expert operational support to global trading desks across multiple asset classes.
What you will do.
- Manage end-to-end FIX connectivity requests and maintain robust network relationships with external parties.
- Execute FIX testing and certification for clients, brokers, and various trading venues.
- Provide daily operational support for High Touch and Low Touch Cash Equities, SWAP, and F&O trading desks.
- Collaborate with regional teams globally to ensure seamless trade flow.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to establish secure connectivity.
- Manage incident and change workflows using industry-standard service management tools.
What you bring.
- 6–10 years of total professional experience.
- 3–5 years of specific experience in FIX technology, client onboarding, and certification.
- Proven expertise in FIX engines such as Cameron FIX or Appia.
- Deep domain knowledge of Cash Equity, SWAP, and F&O business environments.
- Proficiency with Order Management Systems and front-end trading platforms.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like VeriFIX and monitoring stacks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Knowledge of FIX development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles is a plus.
