About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead to spearhead supply chain transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust SCM solutions, managing complex migrations, and leveraging AI-driven features to optimize procurement and sourcing processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical architecture and business stakeholder requirements.
What you will do.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Manage the migration process from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Develop comprehensive Functional Design Documents to guide technical development teams.
- Oversee Supplier Item Management, Procurement, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts workflows.
- Design and maintain complex BIP Reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Integrate AI-driven supply chain features to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize Oracle Integration Cloud for seamless system connectivity.
What you bring.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM with a valid Oracle Fusion SCM Certification.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations.
- Strong proficiency in Procurement, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts modules.
- Hands-on experience in creating BIP Reports and Functional Design Documents.
- PMP Certification is highly preferred to demonstrate project management excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical project teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven supply chain features and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
