About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join the team in Powai. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic project management. You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to optimize cost bases and streamline business processes.
What you will do.
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage headcount reporting and control to ensure alignment with organizational targets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide transparency on financials, workforce management, and project status.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and transformation to drive cost savings.
- Oversee the transition of global processes to the shared service team and manage the ongoing operational phase.
- Develop and maintain a Business Management Service Catalogue with defined SLAs and OLAs.
- Manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks, including BIA and BRP documentation and testing.
- Drive strategic initiatives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in financial planning, business management, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Proven track record in project management and driving strategic business initiatives.
- Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and establishing governance models.
- Solid understanding of Business Continuity Management frameworks and response planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience in vendor management and workforce planning within a hybrid work environment.
