About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to focus on production support and operational reliability. In this role, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of critical production environments by leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to streamline workflows and maintain high availability.
What you will do.
- Manage end-to-end incident resolution and complex troubleshooting for production systems.
- Automate repetitive support activities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Act as a primary point of contact for coordinating between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Maintain high availability and performance standards for all supported applications.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support seamless deployment cycles.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code practices to manage and scale production environments.
What you bring.
- 5–9 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Application Support, or Production Support environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tool development.
- Demonstrated ability in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of incident management lifecycles and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools including ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
