About the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities at our manufacturing facility in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely acquisition of materials, maintaining vendor relationships, and optimizing supply chain efficiency to support production goals.

What you will do.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials and consumables.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability for production schedules.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.

What you bring.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Proven experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.
