About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our client's engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications and integrations. You will work in a hybrid environment to build scalable solutions that drive business value and optimize system performance.
What you will do.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement robust integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain high-performance Apex Classes, Triggers, and SOQL queries.
- Configure Salesforce features and functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications and integration flows.
- Ensure all development adheres to Salesforce best practices, architecture standards, and governor limits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and production support.
What you bring.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and governor limits.
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build optimized, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment.
