About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced agentic systems. This role focuses on building robust, secure, and scalable AI architectures that leverage modern agentic design patterns. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven operations within a high-impact technical environment.
What you will do.
- Design and architect complex AI agent systems that are secure, scalable, and operationally efficient.
- Lead the implementation of agentic design patterns to solve enterprise-level business problems.
- Develop and maintain high-performance AI solutions using Python full-stack development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure the security and reliability of AI agent operations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AI/ML best practices and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate various agent development SDKs to optimize system performance.
What you bring.
- 10–14 years of total professional experience in the software industry.
- Minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in AI Agents and Agentic Design Patterns, including architecture and security.
- Strong proficiency in Python full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with agent development SDKs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Langchain.
- Proven ability to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable architecture.
