About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI-driven systems. You will be responsible for architecting robust agentic frameworks and integrating sophisticated AI models to deliver high-impact software solutions. This role requires a deep technical background in AI/ML and a passion for building scalable, secure, and intelligent agentic architectures.
What you will do.
- Design and architect complex AI agent systems that are secure, scalable, and operationally efficient.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of agentic design patterns within enterprise software environments.
- Develop and maintain high-performance AI solutions using Python full-stack development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing product ecosystems.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks and SDKs to maintain a competitive technical edge.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI agents throughout their operational lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on AI/ML best practices.
What you bring.
- 10–14 years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in AI Agents and Agentic Design Patterns, including architecture and security.
- Proficiency in Agent development SDKs such as OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, and Langchain.
- Strong technical command of Python full-stack development.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
