About the role.
This role involves spearheading the evolution of the organization's digital and data landscape. You will be responsible for defining strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmaps for enterprise analytics platforms, ensuring that business and regulatory needs are translated into robust, trusted data products.
What you will do.
- Define strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmaps for enterprise-grade analytics platforms.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using best practices in data visualization.
- Implement automated report generation processes to improve operational efficiency and timeliness.
- Lead collaborative, multi-year assignments while guiding technical direction and team members.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Advise senior management and functional leadership on cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
- Develop robust processes for exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and quality control.
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What you bring.
- 14–22 years of professional experience in data platform leadership.
- Proven expertise in building cloud-native lakehouse and data-warehouse solutions using AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Kafka, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and real-time data pipelines.
- Strong background in data modeling, MDM, data lineage, and governed data products.
- Domain expertise in liquidity, treasury, payments, and cash management within financial services.
- Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DataOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, forecasting, anomaly detection, and data mesh architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and risk teams.
