About the role.
The Vice President, AI Program Manager will lead the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role involves bridging the gap between technical AI development teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global financial standards and operational goals.
What you will do.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI and machine learning programs within the financial services domain.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI projects from conceptualization to production deployment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and quality assurance for all AI-driven solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI best practices and methodologies across the global organization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates to executive management.
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks associated with large-scale AI implementations.
What you bring.
- 12–15 years of professional experience in program management, specifically within the AI or data science domain.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology programs in the financial services or banking sector.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data governance, and model risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
