About the role.
The Vice President of Digital Tooling Initiatives will lead the strategy and execution of advanced digital toolsets to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of digital platforms, ensuring they align with global business objectives and technological standards. You will act as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
What you will do.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for digital tooling initiatives across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust digital solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement automated tooling solutions.
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with internal governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of digital toolsets.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring.
- 12–15 years of professional experience in digital transformation, software engineering, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital tooling or infrastructure projects within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, global teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep expertise in identifying and implementing automation strategies to improve operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
