What you will do.

- 12–15 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a high-stakes environment.
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI software systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and AI/ML frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.
