About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on leveraging advanced data modeling, SQL development, and visualization techniques to derive actionable business insights. You will play a pivotal role in managing campaigns and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
What you will do.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data-driven business initiatives.
- Design and maintain robust relational databases and data models to ensure data integrity.
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance through rigorous data analysis and experimentation.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Utilize visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to create impactful reports and dashboards.
- Apply HTML and CSS for custom report presentation and enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate within an Agile framework, participating in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement software development best practices to maintain version control and system efficiency.
What you bring.
- 9–12 years of professional experience in data analysis and database management.
- Expertise in SQL development, query optimization, and relational database architecture.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design, and statistical analysis.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for report customization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
