About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in a hybrid capacity. This role involves leveraging advanced statistical modeling and database expertise to drive business strategy and campaign effectiveness. You will act as a key bridge between complex data sets and actionable business insights, working within an agile environment.
What you will do.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data-driven decision-making
- Design and maintain robust data models and database structures
- Manage end-to-end campaign analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Translate intricate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Conduct code reviews and implement software development best practices to ensure data integrity
- Customize and present reports using visualization tools to enhance stakeholder understanding
What you bring.
- 9–12 years of professional experience in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL development, query optimization, and relational databases
- Proven expertise in data modeling, database design, and experimentation
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and campaign management
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for report customization and presentation
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, version control, and testing practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts
