About the role.
The Program Manager will lead high-impact transformation initiatives within the Chief Transformation Office. You will be responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional programs that align with the firm's strategic objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale change management projects.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage end-to-end transformation programs from inception to execution.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor program performance, track milestones, and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and technical teams.
- Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for assigned transformation projects.
- Ensure all program activities comply with internal governance and regulatory standards.
What you bring.
- 11–12 years of professional experience in program management or business transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
