About the role.
This role is within the Chief Transformation Office, focusing on driving strategic programs and initiatives. What you will do.
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs from initiation to completion
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure program alignment and buy-in
- Drive effective communication and reporting on program status to all relevant parties
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the program
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices and organizational standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation methodologies and tools
What you bring.
- 12-11 years of experience in program management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various departments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a program context
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
