About the role.

This role is within the Chief Transformation Office, focusing on driving strategic programs and initiatives. What you will do.

  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs from initiation to completion
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure program alignment and buy-in
  • Drive effective communication and reporting on program status to all relevant parties
  • Manage program budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the program
  • Ensure adherence to program management best practices and organizational standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation methodologies and tools

What you bring.

  • 12-11 years of experience in program management, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various departments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a program context
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
