About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology team focused on enhancing operational effectiveness and system landscapes. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the financial services domain. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive business and process documentation including process flows and system landscapes.
- Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify documentation gaps and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and validate functional solutions.
- Manage change requests by ensuring all updates are accurately reflected in project documentation.
- Support end-to-end requirements management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks and monitoring procedures.
- Assist in the delivery of regulatory, risk, and finance-related transformation initiatives.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Derivatives, Trading, and Risk Management systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis, and project documentation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, and JIRA.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CPM, data quality, and control frameworks.
- STEM or Finance degree qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
