About the role.
This role involves overseeing complex post-trade operations and managing high-value client relationships within a fast-paced banking environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless settlement processes, managing regulatory compliance, and driving operational improvements through technology and AI integration. The position requires a strategic mindset to manage risk while maintaining superior service standards for a diverse client base.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage end-to-end post-trade operations and settlement processes for complex financial products.
- Oversee client query management to ensure timely resolution and high levels of service satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain robust risk and control frameworks to mitigate operational vulnerabilities.
- Drive the adoption of technology and AI-driven tools to optimize operational workflows and efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and service delivery models.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation procedures across all relevant asset classes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding operational performance and service quality.
What you bring.
- 12–15 years of experience in financial services operations, specifically within derivatives and post-trade environments.
- Deep expertise in settlement processes, reconciliation, and regulatory frameworks governing global banking.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and onboarding within a high-stakes environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing technology or AI solutions to improve operational processes.
- Excellent understanding of risk and control frameworks within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
