About the role.
We are seeking a Senior Snaplogic Developer to join a dynamic team focused on designing and maintaining scalable data integration solutions. You will play a critical role in architecting ETL pipelines and ensuring data integrity across complex cloud and big data environments. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical discussions and implement best practices for data governance and performance optimization.
What you will do.
- Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable ETL and integration pipelines using SnapLogic across multiple source and target systems.
- Gather business requirements for integrations, analytics, and reporting, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices for SnapLogic implementations.
- Lead solution design discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, security, and governance of integration platforms.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, integrity, and governance across all platforms.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for data workflows, architecture, and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in data engineering.
What you bring.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in data engineering and integration.
- Expertise in SnapLogic and ETL pipeline development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with Kafka and cloud-based data environments.
- Familiarity with Python is a strong plus.
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
- Proven ability to design scalable data solutions for enterprise-level systems.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and technical leadership.
