About the role.
This role involves leading the product strategy and development for GCP-based infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver scalable cloud solutions. The position requires a strategic mindset to balance technical feasibility with business objectives in a highly regulated environment.
What you will do.
- Define and implement product strategy and vision in alignment with the broader technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements based on business value and security.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the technical development and implementation of cloud infrastructure products.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization to meet rigorous banking standards.
- Manage and mitigate risks through proactive assessment, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness.
- Advise senior leadership on functional impacts and strategic alignment of cloud initiatives.
- Lead collaborative assignments, guiding team members and influencing cross-functional operations.
- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality.
What you bring.
- Extensive experience building enterprise-scale GCP Landing Zones within regulated environments.
- Proven track record in Product Management with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent GCP certification.
- Experience working within the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Proficiency in multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Deep understanding of Risk and Control Management within a technical context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align product decisions with long-term business strategies.
