About the role.
This role involves leading the product strategy and development for GCP-based infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that cloud products are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives. The position requires a blend of technical subject matter expertise and strategic product management to drive innovation within a regulated environment.
What you will do.
- Provide subject matter expertise to bridge the gap between product owners and technical development teams.
- Develop and implement product strategy and vision as defined in the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Design and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimization against established standards.
- Stay current with industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches for improved delivery.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment to support the control and governance agenda.
- Advise senior leadership on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and strategic alignment.
What you bring.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-scale GCP Landing Zones within regulated environments.
- Proven ability to influence engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders to build alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience aligning product decisions with long-term business and technology strategies.
- Ability to partner with Risk, Control, Architecture, Finance, and Regulatory stakeholders.
- Professional GCP certification such as Professional Cloud Architect is highly preferred.
- Experience working in finance, banking, or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments including AWS or Azure.
