About the role.

This role involves leading a high-performing team responsible for liquidity risk reporting and treasury risk oversight. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of critical risk metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for global stakeholders. The position requires a strong leader who can navigate complex balance-sheet risk scenarios while mentoring team members and driving operational excellence.

What you will do.

  • Lead day-to-day delivery for a liquidity risk reporting team, ensuring all analysis is completed within the required operating window.
  • Oversee the review of QRM data, liquidity risk numbers, FTP, and other key liquidity measures.
  • Challenge material variances and guide root-cause investigations to ensure robust documentation of assumptions and actions.
  • Set work priorities, allocate tasks, and perform quality reviews for Analysts and Senior Analysts.
  • Manage operational issue governance, including escalation, dependency tracking, and readiness communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status and handoffs with global stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring data or process issues and recommend practical improvements for stakeholder approval.
  • Provide formal people management, coaching, and capability development for team members.
  • Maintain continuity and backup coverage for all critical reporting deliverables.

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in liquidity risk reporting, treasury risk, ALM reporting, or a related banking risk function.
  • Hands-on experience with QRM outputs or similar ALM platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead delivery processes, manage stakeholder escalations, and oversee team workflows.
  • Strong applied understanding of liquidity reporting, FTP, and balance-sheet risk measures.
  • Excellent judgment in reviewing complex variances and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise updates to senior global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and professional development.
