About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Observability Architect to join our technology team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design and implement robust observability frameworks to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of complex enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in shaping the monitoring strategy and driving operational excellence across the organization.
What you will do.
- Design and implement comprehensive observability strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Define standards for logging, metrics, and distributed tracing to improve system visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate observability tools into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze system performance data to identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate and select modern observability platforms and tools to meet evolving business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for monitoring and incident response.
- Develop automated dashboards and alerting mechanisms to support real-time system health monitoring.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical financial systems through effective monitoring solutions.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Proven expertise as an Observability Architect with a deep understanding of monitoring ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics collection.
- Experience working with cloud-native environments and container orchestration platforms.
- Solid understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system performance issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
