About the role.
We are seeking an experienced SAP By Design Consultant to join a dynamic support team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will act as a bridge between technical systems and business finance functions, ensuring the seamless operation of core financial modules. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance to drive business value.
What you will do.
- Provide expert-level support and maintenance for SAP By Design with a focus on finance modules
- Manage and troubleshoot core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Translate complex technical financial issues into clear business language for stakeholders
- Collaborate with finance professionals to ensure system alignment with business objectives
- Participate in project management activities to deliver system enhancements and process improvements
- Analyze system-wide impacts of changes to ensure the integrity of the financial ecosystem
- Maintain high standards of quality and accountability in resolving support tickets and technical challenges
What you bring.
- 5+ years of professional experience as an application expert or superuser for SAP By Design
- Degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting
- Proven experience working within a professional support team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues from multiple angles
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is considered a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or participate in large-scale system implementations
- Excellent communication skills with a business-oriented mindset
