About the role.
This role involves joining a global team as a Lead Salesforce Lightning Developer, focusing on enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems for banking clients. You will be instrumental in integrating various third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client ecosystem. The position requires a hands-on approach to design and development, ensuring all enhancements align with the strategic vision.
What you will do.
- Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses for banking clients
- Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices to increase adoption
- Integrate Salesforce with various third-party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem
- Work closely with different teams, taking a hands-on role in the design and development of new features
- Ensure enhancements and solutions are in line with the overall vision and strategic goals
- Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components
- Enable customers and partners to access Salesforce data and collaborate with the organization
- Adhere to best practices and standards for Salesforce development throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- 4-10 years of relevant hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura frameworks
- Strong skills in JavaScript and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Strong programming skills, including experience with Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows
