About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a global team focused on enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems for major banking and investment management clients. You will play a hands-on role in designing and developing new features, integrating third-party platforms, and ensuring the delivery of a unified client ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce Lightning and a commitment to following industry best practices.
What you will do.
- Design and develop new features and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Implement regional and global business requirements using Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with various third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with the overall technical vision.
- Maintain high standards for development, code quality, and system performance.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Salesforce implementations.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA.
- 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Programming, Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on the financial services domain.
