About the role.

We are seeking a dedicated Model Monitoring Specialist to ensure the ongoing performance, reliability, and accuracy of machine learning deployments. You will be responsible for implementing robust monitoring frameworks to detect data drift, model degradation, and operational anomalies in production environments. This role is based in Noida and operates on a hybrid work model.

What you will do.

  • Design and implement automated monitoring pipelines to track model performance metrics in real-time.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance drops and collaborate with data science teams to retrain or fine-tune models.
  • Establish alerting systems for data quality issues and feature drift.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of model behavior, versioning, and performance history.
  • Optimize monitoring infrastructure to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.

What you bring.

  • 7–10 years of total professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MLOps, data engineering, or model lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Evidently AI, or Arize.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods for detecting data drift and concept drift.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
