About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for an AI Center of Excellence. You will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex AI, GenAI, and machine learning initiatives are delivered with rigorous governance and measurable business impact.
What you will do.
- Manage the full AI project lifecycle from use case intake and prioritization to deployment and benefits realization.
- Define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans while maintaining RAID logs and status reports.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including data, architecture, information security, legal, and compliance.
- Ensure all initiatives strictly adhere to responsible AI frameworks, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee production readiness, model monitoring, and the transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
- Track project health metrics, including cost, quality, and business outcomes such as productivity gains.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or data/analytics delivery.
- Proven expertise in managing AI, GenAI, machine learning, or automation projects.
- Strong proficiency in delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models.
- Technical fluency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
- Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and reporting tools like Excel.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms, specifically Azure AI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Prior experience working within banking, financial services, or fintech industries.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; professional project management certifications are highly preferred.
