About the role.
We are seeking a Lead Associate - Product Owner to drive value within our Agile Scrum teams by translating complex business requirements into actionable digital solutions. You will act as the primary voice of the business, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic objectives while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes and user-centric design.
What you will do.
- Own and manage the product backlog while defining the long-term product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product development with core strategic business goals.
- Refine epics and features into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and map customer journeys to bridge business and technical teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support engineering teams in decomposing complex technical problems.
- Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to optimize product quality and user experience.
- Ensure all delivered solutions meet defined business outcomes and quality standards.
What you bring.
- 7.5–12 years of professional experience in a Product Owner role within an Agile Scrum environment.
- Expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams on wireframes and user-centered design.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven decision-making to influence product strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications include PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, PSM, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
