About the role.
The Procurement and Supply Chain Management Lead will oversee complex project procurement activities and PMO operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency within the supply chain framework. You will lead a team to deliver high-impact results while maintaining strict compliance with global standards.
What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for large-scale projects
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost and performance
- Manage PMO functions to ensure project timelines and procurement milestones are met
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project goals
- Mentor and lead a team of procurement professionals to drive operational excellence
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing PMO operations within a large-scale project environment
- Strong expertise in contract management, strategic sourcing, and vendor relations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
- Proficiency in supply chain software and project management tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
