About the role.
This role serves as a subject matter expert in SAP Intercompany (ICB) and General Accounting. You will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, delivering end-to-end solutions, managing complex system projects, and providing tier-2 support to ensure seamless financial operations. The position focuses on thought leadership, process optimization, and the deployment of global technical enablers.
What you will do.
- Define and execute end-to-end Intercompany solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide tier-2 techno-functional support to resolve complex issues for finance shared service centers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service center efficiency and process effectiveness.
- Implement digital bolt-on and ERP-based solutions to optimize people, process, and technology workflows.
- Manage ERP governance and change management through rigorous system and process impact assessments.
- Coordinate system testing for local and global changes while proactively preventing technical issues.
- Represent the region in global forums to prioritize new developments and system enhancements.
- Partner with business units to identify and address current and future technical requirements.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in finance and accounting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP General Accounting modules.
- Proven experience in business analysis, integration, and cross-functional change management.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation and automation projects.
- SAP FICO certification is highly desired.
- CPA certification is considered a strong asset.
- Project Management or Agile certification is preferred.
- Practical experience with general technology solutions and financial reporting.
