About the role.
We are seeking a Power Platform Senior Architect to lead the governance, security, and architectural strategy for enterprise-wide low-code solutions. You will be responsible for defining the target operating model, establishing robust DLP policies, and ensuring seamless integration across the Power Platform ecosystem. This role is pivotal in balancing citizen developer agility with enterprise-grade risk management and compliance.
What you will do.
- Design and implement a comprehensive Power Platform governance framework and environment strategy.
- Define and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector approval processes.
- Develop and maintain the target operating model for citizen developers, including RACI matrices.
- Oversee identity and authentication management patterns to ensure secure access.
- Architect complex integration patterns across Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines and custom connector standards.
- Provide support for regulatory audits and maintain EUC best practice documentation.
- Oversee license management and cost optimization strategies for the platform.
What you bring.
- Extensive experience in Power Platform architecture, governance, and environment strategy.
- Deep understanding of DLP policies, connector management, and security controls.
- Proven expertise in designing integration patterns for Power BI, SharePoint, and the Power Platform suite.
- Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD pipelines for low-code.
- Experience in establishing citizen developer operating models and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Ability to document EUC best practices and support regulatory/audit requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and RACI models.
