About the role.
The Senior Executive Quality Assurance will oversee and maintain rigorous quality standards within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all chemical processes and final products comply with internal specifications and regulatory requirements. You will lead quality initiatives to drive operational efficiency and product consistency.
What you will do.
- Manage and oversee all quality assurance activities within the manufacturing plant
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and quality records for compliance
- Monitor raw material quality and finished product testing
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall quality performance
What you bring.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in quality assurance within the chemical industry
- Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and manage compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time office environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with production and technical teams
