About the role.
This role is crucial for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will ensure that all infection prevention products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations. You will oversee quality assurance processes across manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and product release, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What you will do.
- Establish and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS)
- Continuously improve the QMS to ensure product quality and safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and customer expectations
- Oversee quality assurance processes in manufacturing operations
- Manage quality control during packaging and warehousing activities
- Approve product release based on established quality criteria
- Drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes
What you bring.
- 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the chemical industry
- Proven experience in establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance for infection prevention products
- Experience overseeing quality processes in manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a Work From Office environment in Boisar
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
