About the role.
This role is a key position within the Global Product Data team, focused on delivering robust solutions and processes that enhance product data quality. You will act as a subject matter expert for the MDG-M Global Framework, ensuring seamless system integration and continuous improvement across regional and local deployments. The position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and complex business requirements.
What you will do.
- Deliver solutions and processes that drive high standards of product data quality.
- Perform data profiling analyses and interpret results to support global framework deployments.
- Define and execute central tests for continuous improvement initiatives in preparation for regional testing.
- Provide training and educational support to regional and local functional experts.
- Facilitate incident resolution and ensure support team performance meets business expectations.
- Collaborate with product data champions on documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide business impact assessments through participation in global product data system governance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional functional experts regarding MDG-M framework configuration.
What you bring.
- 10–17 years of professional experience in Master Data Management or Data Architecture.
- Deep expertise in SAP MDG-M and core MD system integration.
- Proven experience working in a complex, multi-national corporate environment.
- Strong background in BI, information, data, and analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing within a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with global stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, particularly within the product and material data domains.
- Experience with solutions architecture and applications portfolio management.
