About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Software Developer to join a dynamic team focused on building advanced applications for digitization initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and debugging complex systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. This role requires a hands-on approach to integrating modern technology stacks, including Generative AI, to enhance compliance and surveillance capabilities.
What you will do.
- Develop, code, and debug complex applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Create robust system design plans and evaluate technology choices to ensure scalability and security.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical defects and operational issues within defined SLAs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan deliverables and align technical solutions with group strategy.
- Build and enhance applications specifically within the compliance and regulatory technology domain.
- Maintain thorough documentation of issues and incident management processes according to firm standards.
What you bring.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on modern technology stacks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with LLM integration and working with vector databases.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high sense of ownership.
