About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a specialized Compliance IT team. In this role, you will design, code, and debug sophisticated applications while leading development initiatives through the full software lifecycle. You will leverage modern technology stacks, including Generative AI and cloud-native tools, to build robust solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications within the compliance domain.
- Lead and mentor junior developers while establishing and enforcing high-quality code standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan deliverables and align technical output with group strategy.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical defects and operational issues within defined SLAs.
- Integrate advanced AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG systems, into existing workflows.
- Manage incident documentation and ensure compliance with firm-wide technical standards.
What you bring.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software development using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, including Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain, and LLM integration (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
- Experience with DevOps practices, specifically CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive sense of ownership.
