About the role.
This role involves driving the design and delivery of advanced Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions within an enterprise banking environment. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation using AWS-based AI/ML ecosystems.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Architect and deploy LLM-based use cases including RAG, summarization, and complex data analysis.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Design and deploy conversational AI models using Amazon Lex and custom NLP pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing business workflows.
- Maintain system design integrity and ensure compliance with AI ethics and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while driving innovation in AI/ML practices.
What you bring.
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python with deep experience in LangChain, LangGraph, and related AI/ML libraries.
- Extensive experience developing on AWS, specifically within the AI/ML ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Agentic architecture, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt management strategies.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Vector DBs, and data embedding techniques.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence stakeholders.
