About the role.
This role involves leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI systems. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The position requires strong technical leadership to build scalable AI solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using AWS services like Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Architect and deploy LLM-based use cases including RAG, summarization, and advanced data analysis.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Lead the development of conversational AI models using Amazon Lex and custom NLP pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate AI into business workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality code and system design integrity.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with AI ethics and security standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 9–16 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Transformers.
- Hands-on expertise with the AWS ML ecosystem including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Deep understanding of AI Agents, Agentic architecture, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases like PGVector, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Solid grasp of ML algorithms, model training, deployment, and monitoring techniques.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
