About the role.
This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality software solutions that drive business and platform capabilities. As a senior technical leader, you will spearhead infrastructure evolution, manage complex Salesforce environments, and influence strategic decision-making. You will work in a hybrid capacity to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and robust digital solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of code quality, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Enforce and monitor Salesforce security controls, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control processes using GitLab to streamline deployment cycles.
- Consult on complex technical issues and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic business outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing to maintain platform integrity.
What you bring.
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Proven ability to design and implement third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and governance policies.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD automation, and branching strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams, mentoring developers, and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data from multiple sources.
- Experience in risk management and strengthening controls within a technical environment.
