About the role.
This role involves driving the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI within a hybrid work environment. You will lead initiatives to build enterprise-scale AI use cases, integrating advanced machine learning capabilities into core business products. As a technical leader, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and complex technical implementation to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and related ML services.
- Architect and deploy LLM-based use cases including RAG, summarization, and advanced data analysis for enterprise applications.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Develop and deploy conversational AI models using Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and custom NLP pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to seamlessly embed AI capabilities into business workflows.
- Maintain system design integrity and ensure all solutions comply with strict AI ethics, governance, and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while driving innovation through research and experimentation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues to ensure the reliability of AI-powered systems.
What you bring.
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern AI libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Transformers.
- Extensive experience developing on the AWS ecosystem, specifically with AIML services.
- Strong understanding of Agentic architecture, Agentic memory, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, prompt management, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Vector databases.
- Knowledge of data chunking, embedding, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with REST APIs and container orchestration using EKS.
