About the role.
This role involves leading high-impact architectural initiatives, including large-scale cloud migrations and the development of AI-driven user experiences. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term strategic goals. This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, offering the opportunity to influence the firm's broader technology roadmap.
What you will do.
- Drive the end-to-end migration of on-premise infrastructure to Azure environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture managers to define standards and long-term direction.
- Lead the architectural design for digital experiences powered by AI, ML, and LLM capabilities.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and surface project risks early.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX design with robust API and application architecture.
- Support the development of scalable, practical AI-enabled solutions that align with the firm's global strategy.
- Establish best practices for system architecture, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
What you bring.
- 10–13 years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Dot Net Core.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLM integration, and reactive systems.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging and data technologies such as Apache Kafka, gRPC, and Neo4J.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
