About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join a dynamic team in Mumbai. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions across the full stack. You will be instrumental in building high-performance distributed systems and contributing to critical projects within a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for relational databases
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and TDD principles
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile framework
- Contribute to the architectural design of scalable and high-performance distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
What you bring.
- 5-10 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Solid experience with REST APIs and building distributed systems
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases
- Strong algorithmic coding and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, object-oriented design, and test-driven development
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Exposure to asset management, capital markets, or wealth management domains is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
