About the role.
The Global Markets Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm's trading and markets division. This position involves managing trade lifecycles, ensuring accurate settlement, and maintaining robust control frameworks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and optimize operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do.
- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for various financial products
- Perform daily trade reconciliation and resolve breaks in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with front-office and middle-office teams to facilitate smooth trade processing
- Monitor and report on operational risks to management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
What you bring.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services or investment banking operations
- Strong understanding of global markets and financial instruments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
