About the role.
This role focuses on providing first-line AI operations monitoring for counterparty credit risk technology applications. You will be responsible for monitoring dashboards, managing AI/ML-flagged exceptions, and executing reconciliation tasks to ensure system stability. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between financial risk concepts and technical production support.
What you will do.
- Monitor AI/ML-enabled process dashboards and alerts on a daily and intraday basis following established runbooks.
- Perform initial investigations on flagged anomalies and exceptions, logging findings for senior review.
- Support the human-review workflow for AI-flagged exceptions to ensure timely tracking and closure.
- Monitor batch and interface completion for processing cycles, escalating delays according to standard operating procedures.
- Execute reconciliation checks between upstream and downstream systems and document any identified breaks.
- Run existing automation scripts and report technical issues or process gaps to the team.
- Log incidents with accurate severity tagging and track them through to resolution within defined SLAs.
- Assist in root cause analysis by gathering logs, data extracts, and necessary evidence.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedure documentation as processes evolve.
What you bring.
- 1–3 years of experience in technology operations, production support, or a related monitoring function.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL is required.
- Exposure to Python or general scripting is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk concepts or broader financial market knowledge.
- Strong aptitude for learning monitoring tools and dashboard management.
- Excellent written communication skills for effective incident logging and documentation.
- Disciplined approach to following standard operating procedures and escalation protocols in a production environment.
