About the role.
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust cloud ecosystem. You will drive the transition from on-premise infrastructure to scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native operations. This role is central to our cloud-first strategy and requires a strong focus on DevOps excellence and infrastructure automation.
What you will do.
- Design and deploy scalable Azure solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code and advanced automation patterns.
- Architect and manage YAML-based CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery and quality assurance.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives to ensure high availability, cost-efficiency, and seamless integration.
- Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks, including identity management, security, networking, and resource tagging.
- Collaborate with .NET development teams, architects, and product managers to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and promote best practices in DevOps and cloud operations.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services in a DevOps-centric environment.
- Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Advanced scripting capabilities using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, RBAC, networking, and governance principles.
- Proven experience in executing successful cloud migrations from on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and AKS, and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant Azure certifications preferred.
