About the role.

The Senior Manager - Plant HR will lead the human resources function at the Saykha manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all site-level HR operations, ensuring seamless industrial relations, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will act as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team to drive workforce efficiency and organizational culture.

What you will do.

  • Manage end-to-end industrial relations and union negotiations to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet production staffing needs.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations across the shop floor.
  • Develop and implement HR analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the site HR team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling processes.

What you bring.

  • Proven experience in a plant-based HR leadership role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
